Educação inclusiva no ensino fundamental

The main objective of this article is to study the occurrence of Inclusive Education in Fundamental Education, through historical analysis until the present time, esplanades developments in Brazilian legislation, its legal bases in Brazilian Legal system, as well as the critical view on the effectiveness of inclusive education. Through bibliographic analysis, the theme will be treated, analyzing the Inclusive Education during the nine years, which covers the Fundamental Teaching in the manner current Law of Directives and Bases of Education. The methodology of studies is the bibliographic review. The studies of the work enforcer generally the inclusion applied to basic education in Brazil, its occurrence, effectiveness and the whole history to the present days, in a critical way. Addresses-if the policy of Inclusive Education force, as well as, since-if pupils with the occurrence of special needs, the work will address the shortcomings and syn-dromes mores recurrent in regular schools, through the inclusion implanted in its reg-ular system of education, has as a challenge to improve the theme, through adequacy, accessibility and improvement, aiming at the inclusion of student in society in concrete form, since, as the work shows, discrimination and exclusion ofsuch students is in continual process of overcoming. In this respect, the work moth characteristics as re-gards the Inclusive School, making an appointment are comprehensive and concise, as well as focuses on proposals of effectiveness, through the commitment of the School, society and the family of student bearer of special needs. This-if the subject of the question to be appropriate the reality of each inclusive school, the society in which operates and the families and organizations involved.
